A short-term rental damage waiver fee will protect you and cover guests while eliminating the traditional barriers of collecting and refunding security deposits.
Your guest will pay a non-refundable fee to waive their liability (up to an amount set by you) for any accidental damage caused during their stay at your rental property as part of their rental agreement.

No you don’t need it, however the Damage Waiver works best when combined with our guest check softwares Intelligent Guest Screening or ID Capture.
